AudioBoom: Upload or record audio on audioboom.com or through the app. Recordings can be up to 10 minutes long, and you can include a photo that is used for the widget. You can customize the size of the widget before copying the embed code.

SoundCloud: Upload or record audio at soundcloud.com. There is not time limit on a single recording, however, a free account is limited to a total of 3 hours of audio. You can upload an image and customize the size of the widget before copying the embed code.
